Meet Recap

The Wolves defeated New Prairie Thursday evening to open up the outdoor season. Envoy Hienz-Hodgson led the Wolves by winning the 300m hurdles (40.67) and long jump (19′ 6″), taking second in the 110m hurdles (15.98), and anchoring the 4×400 (3:49.58) relay. Matt Lockridge won the 100m dash (11.07), the 200m dash (23.00), and led the 4×100 (44.36) relay team. Daniel Armstrong won high jump by clearing 6′ 4″ and was followed closely by ShanQuan Hemphill (6′ 2″) and Makiyah Smallwood (6′). Other event winners were Braxton Hervey (discus), Jacob Adams (800m), Bryon Berg (1600m), and Troy Jones (400m).

The Wolves will be back in action Saturday at the Culver Relays and will be back home hosting Portage and Chesterton on Tuesday, April 14th at 4:30. #speedcity
